It is a secure and fully digital process that allows you to get on with your business and everyday life. DocuSign allows us, and you, to send, sign and approve documents from wherever life takes you.
How do you sign a DocuSign document?
Firstly, you do not need to sign up or create an account to sign a document. Our team will generate and email you with the form fields already to go! Watch the video below for a step by step guide on processing your electronic signature:

Frequently Asked Questions
In some cases you might prefer to sign a document using pen on paper. The Print & Sign option allows you to sign documents on paper and then return them by upload or fax.
Quick Steps
- Click the “Review Document” link in your email.
- Click OTHER ACTIONS in the top right corner.
- Select PRINT & SIGN then select either Upload or Fax.

The notification email you received contains the name and email address of the sender – to contact the sender, please use the email address included in the notification.
DocuSign sends email notifications on behalf of its users. Each sender has the ability to set how often to send email reminders.
Your options to stop receiving email reminders to sign:
- Decline to sign
- Complete signing
- Contact the sender and ask them to Void/Cancel the document. You can simply “reply to” the email notification to contact the sender of the document.
Common Signing Issues
Once you have completed signing you will be prompted to download or print your signed document.
Quick Steps
- Click the “Review Document” link in your email.
- Locate the bar near the top of the document.
To Download: Click the icon with the down arrow. You will get the option to download as separate PDFs or combined PDFs.
- Separate PDF – Downloads the documents in a .ZIP file and individual PDFs
- Combined PDF – Downloads a single PDF that includes all documents.
Choose where you would like to download them to your computer.
- To Print: Click the printer icon then choose the printer that you would like to print to.

When signing a document, once all required fields have been completed, the Finish button will appear. If the Finish button is not appearing, it is due to one or more incomplete required fields.
Quick Steps
- Use the auto navigation feature ( yellow tab ) to help you navigate the document. When the “Finish” button becomes active, you can complete signing.

DocuSign email notifications may be blocked by either your email server, firewall, email provider, or email client.
Quick Steps
- Check your junk mail
- Confirm email with sender and ask the sender to resend
- Trust all emails from docusign.net
